Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium Wedding - Amy & Reid

Someone once said "Love is in the details." If that's the case, then Amy & Reid's wedding day was filled with love at every single moment. Not only did Amy DIY the bajeezus out of this wedding, from hand-beading all her jewelry, to learning how to properly silk-knot a pearl necklace for each of her bridesmaids, to hand-crocheting all the doilies for the reception, including the one on the cake table that had to be least four feet in diameter, but the details reigned in the gifts they gave and the vows they exchanged.

Reid wrote Amy a poem reminding her she would always be how he moves forward into happiness and Amy had a custom star-sapphire tie pin made for Reid. They promised not only to love and cherish each other forever but also gave creative vows that included Amy masking frosting for Reid after a hard day and Reid never judging Amy for how much yarn she buys.

As they walked down the aisle an into their ocean-themed reception, they were graced with stories and toasts from a room full of people who knew they were made for each other.
